Garden-facing windows and an island kitchen create an open space for gathering and cooking together. Outside, enjoy a barrel sauna, open-air bath and covered BBQ area among the palms. The approximately 500 m² fenced lawn doubles as a private dog run. Table tennis and board games bring the fun indoors. A special holiday for up to 15 guests, with family, friends and your dogs.

- Outdoor areas (terrace, garden and barrel sauna) are closed from 21:00 to 07:00
- BBQ only in the covered garden BBQ space (please do not BBQ on the terrace)
- Up to 15 guests. Use by more than the reserved number of guests is not permitted
- Up to two dogs (large dogs by prior arrangement). Advance notice, a consent form and vaccination documents are required. Dog diapers must be worn indoors; dogs are not allowed upstairs
- No use as a party venue or noise that disturbs neighbours
- No cleaning or towel changes during multi-night stays (please use the washer and dryer)
- Separate your waste and move it to the outdoor bins when indoor bins are full

Frequently asked questions
The villa is unstaffed — how does check-in work?
There is no on-site manager. After you book, we send you a guest registration form; once it is completed we send your check-in instructions, including the door keypad number.
Japanese lodging law requires every guest to complete the form, and guests without Japanese nationality also need to upload a passport.
Please complete it no later than 5 days before your stay. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The villa is unstaffed and uses self check-in: register your guest details in advance and we will send you the door code. Please let us know ahead of time if you will arrive after 9 PM. Early check-in, late check-out and luggage storage are not available.
Can we have a BBQ?
Yes — the covered, lit BBQ space in the garden is free to use with no reservation, and works even in light rain. Grill, net, tongs, fire pot, table and chairs are provided. Please bring your own food, seasonings, charcoal and fire starter. BBQ on the terrace is not permitted due to strong sea winds.
Is there an extra charge for the sauna?
The barrel sauna is ¥11,000 (tax included) per group, with no advance reservation needed. Pay by QR code at the sauna and the unlock number appears on screen. It is available throughout your stay, from check-in to check-out, except overnight between 9 PM and 7 AM. Please wear a swimsuit.

Does the price change with the number of guests?
The base rate covers up to 4 guests. From the 5th guest onward, an extra ¥8,000 per person applies. The base rate varies by season, so please select your dates and party size on the availability page to see the exact price.
Children aged 1 and over on the check-in date count as guests, the same as adults, and there is no separate child rate. Only infants under 1 stay free.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. Cancellations from 4 days before check-in onward are charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
